-  kids who try in school still get low grades bc they are not being grouped by there ability

WHAT DO THESE PEOPLE GAIN- MOTIVATION!
teachers: work with kids that have the same mental capacity
students: they would feel "at home" would be at their EXACT level
parents: see their children being challenged
principal: see improvement in their students

1. its easier on teacher
2. kids can achieve more
3. there should be a test to group kids
4. show principals the statistics why kids should be grouped
5. and how we would do it
